"Definitely one of my top five favorites. I love it when Barney and Otis argue especially in this ep and in Citizens Arrest. So drunk, Otis thought he bought a horse-a horse that gives milk! "I knew he was a good buy!" "Hold a stopwatch on him Andy." And Otis telling Barney "I crawled right over to the telephone and called you". What an episode!
