"This is a really great episode. Barney with the googles is priceless. The part when he talks about riding with his mouth open is just a hoot! Then his face when he does the right thing by turning in the bike to the museum. Wonderful!" - Deb from Canada

"This is a pre-30's Harley Davidson. In the episode they call it an RJ, however, not sure they actually made an RJ, they did make an R seiries that was military, the one I have found information about is the RL. If anyone knows anymore details, please email me that information at timmorgan_2004@hotmail.com." - Tim from Jonesboro, AR

"Finally saw the part with the Army tank; with Jerry Brutche as the Major (it's on the DVD). Also, there is another small scene that is cut from the TV Land version; the truckers end up taking their revenge on Barney by roaring up and down the highway and keeping everyone awake! It's another episode that shows Aunt Bee with her hair down. Also funny is the scene near the end where Andy tells Barney "Don't look back" when walking away from the motorcycle. It's the same line Barney uses with Mrs. Lesch as she walks away from the junk car she sold to Barney. " - Rusty from North Carolina

"In my heart, beyond a shadow of doubt, the funniest scene in the history of "MAYBERRY" was when the old codgers detached Barney's side car! Everytime I see that episode and see them swaying & tiltering with rib-cracking laughter, I always laugh to the point of tears! Also, just prior to the ill-fated ride, when Andy adorns Barney's helmit....boy, howdy! The initial look on Barney's face with those big sad eyes glaring through his goggles....... an ultimate classic!" - Rich from Kansas City, MO

"There isn't a scene in this episode that's not funny. One of my favorite scene is where Andy and Aunt Bee are talking. She tells him about a war picture she seen. Andy says we don't want to kill him hurt him maybe but not kill him. This deserves to be in the top ten." - Bonnie from Arkansas
